Dr Ray Thomas has considerable experience in running specialised programmes for nurses, midwives, health visitors and other health care professionals. He has a successful track record over many years of desigining and delivering staff training programmes. He is also recognised for helping small firms, including nursing and residential homes in their development.

He is a fluent Welsh speaker and offers consultancy and training in either English or Welsh. He has a wide range of qualification and is an Investors in People advisor.
